new cmte courses

The initial course is a 5 credit-hour self-paced online course.  It provides therapists with insight into how composition may be used in a clinical setting to improve client outcomes. Participants have the opportunity to reflect on how they might integrate musical composition into their own practices.

PCC I is a prerequisite for the second course, an 8-credit-house self-paced online experience in which students apply concepts from both courses to create an instrumental composition for use in a music therapy session. (If you believe that you meet the pre-requisite, please write the instructor at )
